A flat delivery fee of ₹99 may apply for orders below that

We do our best to deliver on time. However, unforeseen factors like weather or courier delays may affect timelines. We’ll notify you immediately in such cases.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order’s journey.

Return & Refund Policy – Housopia

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products

Fragile décor items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

 with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return shipping instructions.

After inspection, refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please share photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it immediately.
